• Even if people don't believe in climate change (which I find funny) it doesn't change the fact that we are eventually going to run out of oil (or cheap oil if I may say). Some predict we will run out in 50 years, others 200 years, but nonetheless the pice for a barrel of oil keeps going up regardless of how much we have. Have you not noticed how the world goes into a recession every time the price gets too high?

• If you follow the individuals on Twitter you realize they pretty much all flew into Rapid City, hung the banner, got interviewed on TV, partied, and then shortly flew back to SF, NY, NC and other far flung places. • tallikelurchis: The climate is constantly changing, but the extreme changes recently cannot only be explained by natural causes. This is according to the international scientific consensus. I am not an American, therefore I am not a Democrat. I believe sound, peer-reviewed science, on issues from Aids to climate change. I think this issue has been unnecesserally and rather illogically politicised in the States. This is possibly largely Al Gore's fault.
